Returns Policy

Returns for Deliveries within the European Union (EU/EEA)

The EU/EEA includes all EU member states, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein. You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods. To exercise this right, complete our universal Return Request Form at this link or email sale@britishcoreparts.com within 14 days. We will provide a prepaid return label, which you must affix to the securely packaged goods to prevent damage during transport (you are responsible for ensuring proper packaging). You must return the goods within 14 days of notifying us, in their original condition, unused, and in original packaging. We will refund the cost of the item and any standard shipping fees paid to us within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method as the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items (Our Error) in EU/EEA

For items that are defective, damaged, dead on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, complete our universal Return Request Form at this link or contact sale@britishcoreparts.com within 14 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days. We will provide a prepaid return label, which you must affix to the securely packaged goods to prevent damage during transport (you are responsible for ensuring proper packaging). We will provide a replacement free of charge or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees paid to us, in accordance with the 2-year legal guarantee under EU consumer law. Returns for Deliveries Outside the European Union (Non-EU/EEA)

Returns for defective, damaged, or incorrect items are accepted at our discretion. Complete our universal Return Request Form at this link or contact sale@britishcoreparts.com within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped at your expense within 7 days, with a tracking number provided within 3 business days.

For items that are defective, damaged, dead on arrival, or incorrect due to our error, complete our universal Return Request Form at this linkor contact sale@britishcoreparts.com within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped within 7 days at your expense, except for incorrect items due to our error, where we cover return shipping costs. You must provide the tracking number within 3 business days. We will provide a replacement or refund the item cost (excluding shipping fees), per a 1-year limited warranty.

Incorrect Orders (Buyer Error) Outside EU/EEA

If you order the wrong part, returns are not accepted unless approved at our discretion. Complete our universal Return Request Form at this link or contact sale@britishcoreparts.com within 7 days of delivery. Approved returns must be unused, in original packaging, and shipped at your expense within 7 days, with a tracking number provided within 3 business days. Upon approval, we will refund the item cost only, subject to a 15% restocking fee.

General Return Conditions

All refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and verifying the returned item. You will receive a confirmation email upon approval. We do not cover labor, installation, or incidental costs associated with returns.
