Shipping Information

British Core Parts ships original Land Rover and Jaguar parts worldwide, except to countries under international sanctions. We use trusted carriers such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other postal services. Shipments are processed and dispatched only on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding international holidays) between 9:00 and 17:00 (UTC+2). Order fulfillment begins immediately after payment confirmation, with orders processed in the order they are received.
At checkout, you can select your preferred courier service from the available delivery options, where the estimated delivery time (ranging from 1 to 14 business days depending on the carrier, service, and destination) and exact shipping cost will be displayed. Shipping costs cover standard handling and transport but exclude import duties, taxes, or additional charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your local customs office for details before ordering. We aim to deliver within a maximum of 30 days from order confirmation, unless otherwise agreed. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and international holidays.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package. For orders with multiple parts, items may ship from different warehouses or trusted partners to ensure faster delivery.
For information on your 14-day right of withdrawal, including return procedures, please see our Returns Policy. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning goods, unless otherwise stated.

Delivery Issues

We strive to ship orders promptly from our warehouses or trusted partners. We bear the risk of loss or damage until you or your designated recipient takes physical possession of the goods. Inspect all packages upon receipt. If a package is damaged, note “Parcel Damaged” on the delivery note or refuse delivery, and contact the carrier immediately. Then, email us at sale@britishcoreparts.com for assistance. We will support claims against the carrier. For goods lost or damaged during delivery, we will, where appropriate, send a replacement item free of charge or refund the cost of the item and shipping fees.
British Core Parts is not liable for losses, costs, or damages due to delivery delays or failures caused by events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, natural disasters). If your order is not delivered within a reasonable time (up to 30 days unless otherwise agreed), please contact us at sale@britishcoreparts.com for assistance, which may include extending the delivery period or, if necessary, terminating the contract and issuing a refund.
